Aerial documentation
in action
From groundbreaking to completion, I capture the scale, context, and site relationships that ground-level photography can't.
City permit required: $150 non-refundable fee at booking, 30 days' notice minimum. I handle the paperwork.
Your best work,
seen from above
A finished roof, a solar array, or a new commercial building is hard to appreciate from the street. Aerial photos show the full scope of your crew's work — images that win bids, strengthen proposals, and make your website look as good as the job itself.
Common
questions
Do you need a permit to fly a drone in NYC?
Yes. Drone flights within New York City require a municipal permit. A non-refundable $150 fee is paid at booking, and at least 30 days' notice is required. I handle the full permit process.
How often should construction progress be documented?
Most projects are documented at key milestones — groundbreaking, foundation, framing, enclosure, and completion. Larger or faster-moving sites often use a recurring weekly or monthly schedule. I'll recommend a cadence based on your timeline.
What do I receive, and how fast?
Edited high-resolution aerial photos and video, delivered through a private download link. Image count, video length, and turnaround are confirmed in your quote.
Can you fly over an active job site?
Yes. Every flight is coordinated with your site team and planned to comply with FAA Part 107 rules, including limits on flying over workers. I'm FAA Part 107 certified and fully insured.
